Product Activation Instructions

There are two ways to activate your new Implicit Bias Healthcare Training:  

You can automatically activate your new product by clicking the Activate button in the email you received from cqaccount@culturalq.com when you made your purchase. 

Or you can activate your training using the activation code that was in your purchase receipt email from info@culturalq.com.

We created an account for you when you made your purchase. To login to your account, you must set a password by clicking here. If you already had an account, you simply need to log in here

Next, find the Options drop down menu in the upper right corner of your screen and click Redeem Activation Code.

Copy and paste your activation code into the activation box and click the Redeem button. You will see a success Message “Code successfully redeemed.”

Click My Dashboard and you will see your purchase on your dashboard.

Once you are on your dashboard, click View Learning Path to start using your product.

Reset Your Password

If you have an account that was automatically created at the time of purchase, you will also need to reset your password. If you are logged in to the CQC Learning Portal following your purchase, follow the steps below.

If you are not logged in to the CQC Learning Poral, click Forgot Password on the sign in page, or go here

On your Dashboard, click the Options menu in the top right corner of the page, then click Sign Out

On the Login screen, click Forgot you password?

On the next screen, enter your email address, and then click Send me reset password instructions. Then follow the instructions in the email to complete the password reset process.
